You will be notified of any cancellations (due to weather conditions or other circumstances) about an hour prior to the scheduled start of class via email and/or text message.
Class payments are due two weeks prior to the start date of class. Anyone who registers and does not pay is not guaranteed placement in class. There is a minimum of four paid students to hold class. If we do not have the minimum the class may be subject to cancellation.
Credits & Make Up
If class is cancelled due to weather conditions the class will be rescheduled and you will be notify. Refunds will not be offered if a student misses their scheduled class.
Withdrawal & Cancellation
If you have registered for class and can no longer attend, please notify us in writing at least 3 days in advance and we will refund your payment. Refunds cannot be offered once classes begin.
Crates are mandatory for all classes. Please make sure your dog is used to being crated and can be calm and quiet (consistently barking dogs will be asked to leave).
Female dogs in season may NOT attend class.
Dogs that are reactive/aggressive towards other animals and/or people may not participate in our classes. Please notify your instructor before signing up if you have a reactive/aggressive dog as I will be happy to offer private classes or a referral to another professional dog trainer. If your dog shows any reactivity/aggression towards another dog and/or person you will be asked to leave the class.
I look forward to working with you and your dog!
